Job description

The shift for this opening is Thursday - Sunday; 1:30pm - 12:00am. As an incentive for this schedule, there is a 20% shift differential added on top of the base wage compensation. Job Summary: The Facility Maintenance Technician 2 is responsible for performing skilled maintenance and repair work on facility systems and equipment. This role involves more complex troubleshooting and repairs than an entry-level technician and requires a solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. The Technician 2 will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring the facility is safe, functional, and well-maintained.
