Reporting to the Head of Underwriting - Growth Products, you will support delivering profitable product initiatives and growth, ensuring compliance with governance standards and underwriting strategy. This role involves managing a product portfolio for an assigned team, providing specialist advice and technical support to underwriting teams, and driving the development, implementation, and monitoring of product strategy to achieve a profitable portfolio and meet customer expectations.
