You are a part of our family; Welcome Home! SUMMARY: The Twisted Earth Line Cook will provide consistently excellent food and customer service in a clean and friendly environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare food consistently according to standard operating procedures. Maintain a clean work environment. Ensure food safety and appropriate sanitation measures are followed. Stock items applying appropriate dating and rotation principles, FIFO. Operate and clean commercial restaurant equipment according to standard operating procedures. Maintain temperature logs, time logs, and waste sheets. Perform prep work as needed. Cooking in high and low volumes with the same amount of pride in presentation.
