Operations Reporting & Insights Manager- Remote Advice Team partners with Leadership team to deliver actionable reporting and insights on sales activity and field programs. This role analyzes performance trends, develops dashboards and standardized reporting, and produces executive-ready presentations that help increase the value of the enterprise. Working with key stakeholders, this role analyzes data and builds reporting solutions in Power BI and Salesforce. Responsibilities include defining and measuring campaign outreach and Financial Professional activity, and synthesizing complex data into clear, concise reporting for leaders and partners. What You'll Be Doing: This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on-site presence of 2-3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration.
