Description Senior Software Engineer Primary Work Location: Fredericksburg, VA: Must be a U.S Citizen: Yes Clearance: Ability to obtain a clearance up to Top Secret if later needed. Obsidian Labs, the advanced research, prototyping, and rapid experimentation arm of Obsidian Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer. This role will serve as the technical lead for software development, guiding a multidisciplinary team in building data-centric, distributed simulation environments that integrate immersive technologies (AR/VR), geospatial systems, AI/ML, and real-time data pipelines.
