The Team Head – Products & Services Compliance plays a pivotal role within the Compliance function of Bank Julius Baer Europe (BJBE), reporting to the Head of Regulatory and Product & Services Compliance. This position is central to safeguarding the integrity and regulatory standing of the bank by leading a dedicated team responsible for proactive compliance monitoring across core business activities. Operating as a strategic partner to senior management, the incumbent ensures robust oversight of compliance risks associated with products, services, and client-related operations. The role demands a strong command of EU financial regulation, deep technical expertise, and the ability to lead with influence across multi-jurisdictional teams.
