Position Summary The Project Manager serves as the primary operational point of contact for assigned stone projects from order release through production and shipment. This role is responsible for coordinating customer requirements with plant execution, ensuring projects move through block selection, fabrication, quality review, and delivery in a manner that meets specification, schedule, and budget expectations. The Project Manager works closely with Operations, Estimating, Production, Quality, and subcontractors to ensure each project is executed in line with Polycor standards and customer-approved ranges. What You’ll Do: Project Execution & Coordination - Manage projects from purchase order through fabrication and shipment. - Coordinate with plant operations to schedule and prioritize work across cutting, fabrication, finishing, and shipping. - Select and allocate blocks and/or slabs based on customer specifications, approved ranges, and production feasibility. - Track project progress and proactively address risks related to schedule, material, or quality. - Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
