Job Summary: Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under limited supervision. We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our team in (Sparks, NV). 100% Onsite Will make an impact in the following ways: - Assist customers, technicians, and internal teams in sourcing and securing needed parts and supplies - Handle parts counter duties including calls, walk-in customers, and order processing - Process transactions including cash, credit, and invoicing with accuracy - Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers by addressing needs in a timely manner - Source and identify parts using systems, catalogs, and collaboration with technicians - Support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and general warehouse activities - Maintain a clean, organized parts counter and warehouse environment - Assist in mentoring and supporting less experienced team members - Identify opportunities to upsell parts and related services - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the parts department - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and enviro...
