Key Responsibilities: Scheduling & Operations Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure client needs are met. Respond to caregiver call-outs and reassign shifts quickly. Maintain scheduling software and ensure accurate documentation. Communicate with families and caregivers regarding schedule updates. Sales & Business Development: Conduct community outreach to referral partners, hospitals, senior centers, and other organizations.
