Job Title: Machine Operator Job Summary: Responsible for operating and maintaining various production machines to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. This role involves monitoring equipment, performing quality checks, and ensuring products meet specifications. Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machines according to established procedures and safety standards. Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified tolerances and quality requirements. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe work environment at all times. Make adjustments to machine settings and controls when necessary, depending on facility-specific processes and requirements, to maintain product quality and production flow. Conduct preventative maintenance (PM), total productive maintenance (TPM), and cleaning of equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance. Report any safety concerns, equipment malfunctions or production issues to the Production Supervisor or designate promptly.
