The Fortify Health Care Services team is supportive, approachable and client-centred and also provides excellent staff training and development opportunities through our training academy. We provide care and support to participants with complex health needs, including mental health , challenging behaviours and high-intensity support needs . The Enrolled Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe and effective nursing care, under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN). This is not agency work. You'll work consistently with the same participants, supporting them in the comfort of their own homes. That means more meaningful relationships, greater continuity of care, and the opportunity to truly make a difference.
