Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week We are seeking an HRIS Associate to join our HR Services & Solutions team. In this role, you will support the ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of our HR systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to build expertise in HR technology, data, and processes. You will work closely with HR, Technology, and business partners to troubleshoot issues, support system enhancements, and help improve the employee experience through effective use of HR systems and emerging technologies, including AI. What You’ll Do: - Analyze HR system issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions - Support the configuration and maintenance of SuccessFactors Employee Central - Execute testing for system updates, enhancements, and fixes; document results and recommend improvements - Review system releases and assess new functionality for potential business use - Translate business needs into system updates and process improvements - Perform data uploads and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity - Partner with HR and Technology teams to support system-rel...
