The Salvation Army Midland Division Camp Mihaska located in Bourbon, Missouri, is looking for a Cabin Counselor. We are looking for individuals age 18 or older to fill these positions. This is a full-time, temporary summer position that will start on June 01, 2026 and will end July 31, 2026. The pay is $350 per week. Position Summary: Summer ministry position responsible for working with all aspects of the camp programs and overseeing the campers. Essential Duties: - Present the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the campers by conducting devotions, prayer time, Bible class, etc. - Provide leadership and direction to the campers. - Attend and participate in all scheduled activities and programs unless otherwise directed. - Adhere to and enforce camp policies and procedures. - Provide guidance and discipline to campers on an as needed basis according to the policies and procedures. - Report problems to the Head Counselor. - Enforce camp curfew and lights out with the campers. - Maintain a high standard of leadership and accountability at all times. - Prepare and conduct activities and programs as assigned. - Assist with camper registration. - Clean and sanitize the cabin you are assigned to...
