Specifically looking for restoration technicians with water, fire, mold certifications. Xactimate experience is a plus. We handle all forms of mitigation and fully rebuild whatever is necessary, from the foundation to the roof. Qualifications: - Basic math skills to perform calculations while measuring on job sites and to help the surveying crew - Mechanical skills to use any necessary heavy machinery and equipment - Ability to perform heavy labor, such as moving materials - Physical stamina to handle the long hours of performing strenuous work during the day in hot or cold weather - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Ability to read or understand instructions and blueprints - Effective time management skills - Understanding of building codes, safety protocols and OSHA standards - Valid driver's license - Must pass DOT physical requirements - May be required to have a DOT certification to operate certain vehicles - Restoration experience is preferred, but not required Special Position Requirements: *Must be willing to travel locally, as busine...
