This is an autonomous role where you will be responsible for installation, repair and maintenance of nbn products and services. You’ll have the opportunity to work in multiple environments both internal and external but predominantly inside the customer’s premises. Your typical day could include any or all of the below functions while delivering exceptional customer service within your role: - Cabling installation (copper and fibre) including jointing, jumpering and splicing - Customer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) - Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE - These roles work between the hours of 7am to 7pm based on business needs and we encourage a f...
