Job Description: For the MSD Mainframe Business Specialist organization, you will play a critical role in analyzing, supporting and optimizing our internal processes and programs that help support account renewal and solution adoption objectives aligned with attainment of business growth targets and operational excellence. This is an influential role, focused on close collaboration with cross-functional teams, departments and Divisions to analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement that leads to implementation of processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in our MBS operations. In this rapid-paced and muti-faceted role, you are the glue of the organization and will be responsible for initiating and driving projects through to completion.
