Lead Engineer - Logistics AI Agents

What's the role? We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer to drive technical excellence on a high-impact team building next-generation agentic AI solutions for the logistics industry. The systems built by this team help plan and optimize deliveries at scale making drivers’ workdays smoother, helping customers receive orders faster and more reliably, reducing operational costs for businesses, and lowering environmental impact through more efficient routing and reduced emissions. In this role, you will be the technical anchor for intelligent agent systems that leverage HERE location and routing APIs to tackle complex challenges in last-mile and middle-mile logistics. You will serve as the primary technical leader on a team of 5–8 engineers, partnering closely with Product Management, HERE Location Platform teams, and customer-facing teams to bring AI-powered capabilities from concept to production. This role is deeply hands-on.
