Key Account Manager – Food Service Trinidad & Tobago & Eastern Caribbean Islands We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Food Service (KAM FS) with a strong commercial mindset and strategic vision to lead business development across the Caribbean region. This role is critical to driving growth, strengthening key client relationships, and ensuring flawless execution of commercial strategies. Role Purpose: Act as a business leader responsible for developing new opportunities and delivering sustainable growth across assigned markets, ensuring KPI achievement and strong collaboration with distributors and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and management of key Food Service / HORECA accounts. - Manage and coach Sales Executives and/or Field Operations Specialists (FOS). - Build strong, long-term relationships with Major End Users (MEUs). - Deliver on KPIs including volume (metric tons), gross profit, DSO, and JBP execution. - Drive market penetration and category development, focusing on high-margin products. - Spend 30%–50% of time in the field (2–3 days per week). - Analyze distributor sell-out data and inventory to optimize route-to-market strategies. -...
