The Refugee Services Department supports government-approved refugees in achieving stability and self-sufficiency through cultural orientation, case management, employment support, family reunification, referrals, and community integration services. The Education Liaison supports the Refugee School Impact (RSI) team in delivering academic, social, and family focused services to refugee and immigrant students and their parents. Interns assist with intervention and after school programs, provide academic support in a trauma informed environment, and help create a safe, welcoming space for elementary aged students adjusting to U.S. schools.
