Description Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a growing Lumber and Building materials company, is seeking a qualified Millwork Field Installation Coordinator. Coordinates installation function while working toward achieving sales goals and budgets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Requirements: Benefits: - Visit job sites before, during, and after installations to ensure quality standards are satisfactory and projects are being completed on time. - Locates sources of problems using in-field observations, along with direction from builders and homeowners. - Inspect issues, troubleshoot problems, and perform repairs such as installing exterior and interior doors, slabs, windows, screens, as well as handling trim, siding, and locks - Carries out warranty repairs (Homeowners) and adjustments tied to the manufacturer's warranty. - Accurately log all work, take photos, update tracking systems, and complete work orders - Ensures safety procedures are followed, in accordance with OSHA regulations. - Provide outstanding customer service. - Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed - Work independently and manage time effectiv...
