Purpose: The Sourcing team at Chain IQ is composed of professionals who manage all indirect spend categories for clients. This team provides a comprehensive range of sourcing services tailored to client needs, including market analysis, running market tenders, contract negotiation, and contract drafting. Each team member can handle multiple client projects, engaging in both client-facing and supplier-facing roles, and participating in regional sourcing projects as well as global initiatives.
