ABOUT THIS ROLE: The Winnipeg Blue Bombers operate the largest single-sport attendance draw in Manitoba — 32,000 fans per game, 14 consecutive regular season sellouts, and a corporate partnership portfolio spanning game day, digital, and community assets year-round. We're adding a Sales & Partnership Activation Coordinator to the team that sells and delivers those partnerships. This is a role at the center of every deal — from first proposal to final recap — supporting both the Corporate Sales and Partnership Activation functions of the organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Sales Administration: - Support the Corporate Sales and Partnership teams with day-to-day administration across the full sales cycle - Assist with preparation of sponsorship proposals, presentations, contracts, and end-of-season recap reports - Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal databases - Coordinate invoicing, contract tracking, ticketing fulfillment, and renewal schedules - Support lead generation, prospect research, and sales reporting on inventory and activity - Schedule meetings and manage internal communications across departments Partnership Activation: - Coordinate execution of sponsorship as...
