Product Customization Project Coordinator

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Product Customization Project Coordinator to coordinate and deliver customer‑requested and market‑driven customization projects. In this role, you will act as the central point of contact between country teams, central marketing, product development, supply chain, quality, design, and external partners. You will ensure that each customization request is translated into a clear scope, realistic timeline, and high‑quality deliverable. This is a key role within our Product Development & Innovation team, requiring strong communication skills, a structured mindset, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
