Description JOB SUMMARY: Practices within a resident/client and family centered care model and the vision and values of the organization. Supports the interdisciplinary program/team in achieving program and resident/client goals, supervises designated staff, schedules and coordinates work assignments and establishes priorities and problem solves. Participates in quality improvement activities and supports clinical innovation. Responsible for all clinical aspects of the assigned caseload as they relate to physical therapy practice, utilizing recognized physiotherapy assessment and intervention approaches. Works collaboratively with members of the health care team, including residents and families, to set physical performance and capacity goals, evaluate response to treatment and develop long term care plans. QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Degree in Physical Therapy from a recognized program and two (2) years of recent and related clinical experience.
