onsemi is seeking a Senior Director of System Product Management & System Product Marketing to lead global system products strategy, portfolio management, and go-to-market execution across a critical system platforms and system products portfolio. This leader will own what we build, why we build it, how we differentiate, and how we win—translating market insight and customer needs into multi-year roadmaps, disciplined investments, and profitable growth. The role is accountable for end-to-end product lifecycle ownership, spanning market intelligence, roadmap definition, pricing and positioning, customer value creation, and commercial execution. The successful leader will operate as a general manager–like, partnering closely with R&D, sales, SSM, manufacturing, finance, and applications engineering to deliver sustained revenue, target margin, and strategic as well as feature differentiation—particularly across power electronic system platforms and products for AI data center, industrial, automotive, energy markets, and AD&S.
