Up to $65,912.50 PER YEAR GENERAL PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to sell Harmons’ specialty cheese items by giving remarkable customer service and ensuring the department maintains quality standards and profitability. This person will maintain product levels of all products in the specialty cheese department. This person will have a passion for cheese and the ability to share that passion with our associates and customers. This person will train and mentor all cheese associates and know all aspects of the department. This person will also determine production and inventory levels for the specialty cheese department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures - Ensures the quality and freshness of all products and services the specialty cheese department provides - Ensures the department is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearance - Responsible for maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the department - Confirms pricing accuracy and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad items - Delivers excellent customer service to all cus...
