Summary: The Client Manager partners with the PEO Consultants to provide excellence in managing client implementation, renewal, reporting, technical tools, and overall service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to): - Work with Consultant to Manage the Client Relationship - Manage Client Reporting & Deliverables - Establish & Manage Client Communications; including calls, call notes, and take-away items - Manage New Client/Renewal Implementation Process & Timelines (includes Tech Tools) - Ensure accuracy of both client facing and internal partne...
