SKY VIEW OBSERVATORY: As a new addition in our fastest growing business vertical, Legends designed, built and operates Sky View Observatory (“SVO”), an innovative guest experience on the 73rd floor of the Columbia Center. SVO will set a new standard in the observatory experience in Seattle. Breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views including Mt. Rainier, Bellevue. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as ordered and consistent with the restaurant’s standard drink recipes. Accept guest payment and process credit card charges Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. Greet guests, take F&B orders from guests, and record orders accurately into the Point of Sale system. Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation, promotion of beverages, and attractive displays. Perform all opening, closing, and cleaning procedures as indicated in the Employee Training Manual.
