Facilities & Production Support Specialist

Job description

Position Summary: The Facilities & Production Support Specialist plays a key role in maintaining efficient operation of the automated dispensing system and facility infrastructure. This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day functionality of production line equipment and performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance tasks across building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs. The role also includes resolving hardware, software, and technical issues to support continuous workflow on the production floor. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Respond to maintenance work orders, conduct preventative maintenance checks, and coordinate with outside contractors when necessary Serve as the primary liaison between Facilities and Pharmacy Operations to align facility and system support with pharmacy production goals. Assist with and support projects related to the setup, automation, and readiness of new production and pharmacy facilities.
