Keller Postman represents a broad array of clients in class and mass actions, individual arbitrations, and multidistrict litigation matters. With a particular emphasis on large-scale arbitration proceedings, we represent hundreds of thousands of clients across mass arbitration dockets, as well as high-profile mass tort, antitrust, privacy, product liability, employment, and consumer-rights matters. Purpose: Keller Postman seeks a Senior Arbitration Paralegal to support its growing practice representing claimants in high-volume, complex arbitration proceedings. This role will be heavily focused on managing all phases of arbitration matters—from pre-filing through hearings and post-award administration—often across thousands of individual claims.
