We currently have an opportunity for an OnSite Auditor to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in ensuring safe, high‑quality and compliant service delivery across our property portfolio. Reporting to the Assurance and Service Delivery Partner (SDP) Manager, you'll help deliver high‑quality outcomes that support our essential services. Please note: The role is based out of our Wollongong office and will require regular site‑based travel throughout the Illawarra region. What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Conducting pre‑inspections, in‑progress inspections and post‑inspections to verify safety, quality, and contractual compliance. Assessing subcontractor workmanship and ensuring all works meet Downer and client expectations. Identifying non‑conformances, raising Business Improvement Forms (BIFs), and following up corrective actions through to completion. Investigating Zero Harm, Code of Conduct and environmental incidents, preparing reports, and communicating outcomes to stakeholders.
