Description POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Bakery Manager, the Bakery Supervisor will oversee and supervise staff in production and operations. Additionally, the Bakery Supervisor will prepare and oversee the production of a wide variety of fresh, high quality and consistent bakery offerings. Wage Range: $25.00-$35.00 per hour: Full-time, Weekend Availability 5am-1:30pm: Requirements: Primary Job Duties: Leadership Provides positive and supportive leadership: Ensures that communications are clear, direct and respectful Communicates information clearly and timely: Accepts and encourages staff feedback: Works with the Bakery Manager to create and oversee workflow and daily productivity of staff Alerts Bakery Manager of performance issues in a timely manner Participates in staff evaluations: Provides safety training within department and ensures work is performed according to safety standards Models’ excellent customer service and ensures that staff do the same Ensures that each Baker has a current Food Handler Card Delegate and assign tasks for department personnel as needed and ensure that tasks are completed Treat everyone with tolerance, consistency and fairness Atte...
