JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Aquatics Director or designee, the Assistant Aquatics Director is responsible to ensure all participants are provided with activities which promote the social, cultural, educational, physical, and leadership potential of the child. Under the Assistant Directors supervision, all aquatic classes will be organized and staffed by qualified swim instructors who reflect and support the Mission of the Old Colony Y. The Assistant Aquatics Director will uphold the employee code of conduct and will ensure that all areas of the job responsibilities reflect the mission of the Old Colony Y, and regulating agency. The Assistant Aquatics Director will display and encourage the character traits of caring, responsibility, honesty and respect in the fulfillment of all job duties.
