This position delivers customer service, basic audio/visual assistance, guest services, and day-of-event coordination support. Program Aides may also assist with room setup and breakdown based on preplanned layouts. This role offers flexible scheduling with employees selecting shifts based on availability and interest. Responsibilities: Event Hosting and Client Support : Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients during events; open and close event spaces; respond to client questions and needs; ensure event spaces are used appropriately and in accordance with venue policies.
