Purpose: The Connected Customer Supervisor is a Floor & Decor supervisor responsible for managing a dynamic team of customer service associates. This role will oversee the processes relating to cashiering, returns, cash office functions, inventory management, e-commerce support, in addition to providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Successful connected customer supervisors are: - Team builders - Customer service champions - Detail oriented and highly organized - Excellent communication and listening skills Minimum Eligibility Requirements: - Minimum of (1) year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience - High school diploma and/or GED - Minimum of (2) years of computer experience in a work environment Essential Job Functions: This position description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
