Location Clarks Summit, United States of America Manufacturing Flow Manager: Alleima USA LLC is seeking a results‑driven Manufacturing Flow Manager to lead one of our key production flows at our Clarks Summit, PA facility. This leader will be responsible for operational performance, including safety, quality, productivity, cost control, workforce capability, and on‑time delivery. As part of our operations leadership team, you will drive continuous improvement, partner with cross‑functional departments, and ensure a high‑performance culture while effectively supervising and collaborating within a unionized manufacturing environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring flow stability, improving operational performance, and supporting the long‑term competitiveness of the site.
