Job Family: Operational Effectiveness Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Active Secret What You Will Do: The Communications Specialist will support program growth and redesign through communications, documentation development, meeting facilitation, focus group facilitation, stakeholder community building for a federal government client. Responsibilities may include: Drafting communications for stakeholder outreach Developing PowerPoint decks for program reporting to executive leadership Developing programmatic deliverables: Align communications with strategic goals that are developed for the change management effort Communicating verbally and in writing with an executive audience What You Will Need: An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance Bachelor's degree: TWO (2) years of communications or program support experience What Would Be Nice To Have: Federal government experience Understanding of governance: Good communication skills and ability to work with a varied group of stakeholders Attention to detail: What We Offer: Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible ben...
