The opportunity: As Village Manager – Woomera , you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of village services at site, ensuring the smooth delivery of accommodation, catering, cleaning, grounds and related occupant services in a secure environment. This role is ideal for a leader who can balance operational delivery with strategic thinking – someone who can manage competing priorities, lead through systems and processes, build strong stakeholder relationships and continuously improve the village experience.
