About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Event Producer & Spatial Designer to take the helm of our event's technical execution and spatial planning. In this highly versatile role, you will bridge the gap between high-level event technology and meticulous physical venue design. Your focus is on developing these areas of Nordic Business Forum to the next level and possibly also for some of the other events within the Business Forum Group . As the architectural eye of our production, you will use your advanced Vectorworks skills to draft detailed venue layouts, furnishing plans, and stage/lighting designs. Beyond the drafting board, you will choose our AV suppliers, manage critical technical partnerships, and ensure the physical event space—from the overarching decor to furnishing—looks world-class and operates flawlessly.
