Primary Responsibilities: Set up banquet bar stations according to event specifications and Southall standards, including proper stocking of all beverages, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools. Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, take beverage orders, and prepare cocktails in accordance with standard recipes and portion control practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the event; follow “clean as you go” and teamwork policies. Accurately follow all Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), ensuring that all beverage requirements are met.
