Division : Beacon Bank & Trust Department : C&I – Central MA Reports to : SVP, C&I Team Leader Status: Exempt/Officer: Pay Grade: 12: Salary Range: $102,570 - $147,544: Salary range updated 2/26/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Purpose/Objective: Develops and services Commercial and Industrial (C&I) relationships. Actively participates in business development activities with the Commercial Team Leader to assist in the growth of the bank, including outside calling, and referrals to other lines of business. Manages and develops a commercial portfolio of mid-sized companies with revenues between $10MM and $200MM+ who may have unique and/or complex banking needs between $2.5MM and $25MM+.
