The Opportunity The Senior Strategy & Operations Manager (SOM) for APAC & Japan is an individual contributor role responsible for enabling consistent execution, operational rigor, and performance transparency across Adobe Customer Success & Engineering organisations. This role partners with regional and global leaders to translate strategy into actionable operating plans, while accounting for regional scale, capacity constraints, and market nuances. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main ACS Operations partner for Japan and APAC within Customer Success - Inspect business performance to drive accountability, help maintain data hygiene and regional adherence to global processes, while providing feedback to help improve regional efficiencies. - Deliver operational insights and performance analysis (e.g., NDR, URR, utilization, capacity) to support leadership decision‑making - Establish repeatable business rhythms, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement across teams and regions. - Support regional compensation and incentive governance, including plan alignment, validation, and exception support - Support capacity, coverage, and headcount discussions with regional leade...
