Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Wellness Director to join our team in Wall, NJ. In this role, you will work closely with the Wellness Director to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive wellness programs that promote employee health and well-being. Salary Range $95K-105K Yearly: - Assist in the design and execution of wellness initiatives, health education programs, and fitness activities - Collaborate with department heads to integrate wellness programs across the organization - Manage day-to-day operations of wellness facilities and oversee wellness staff - Develop and maintain wellness program budgets, tracking expenses and ROI - Analyze program data and prepare reports on participation, outcomes, and effectiveness - Coordinate health screenings, wellness challenges, and educational workshops - Stay current on industry trends and best practices i...
