Position Overview: The Culinary Distribution Coordinator II supports the food service team by working closely with the operations manager, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure that department operational needs are met through excellent coordination and communication. This role will have primary support duties for delivery and stocking of local micro-markets. Essential Duties: Include, but are not limited to, the following: - Delivery and stocking of local micro-markets while following FIFO (First In, First Out) and good food safety standards. - Transport items daily between Madison locations while driving a delivery van/truck. - Load a delivery van/truck by properly placing and securing items. - Tracking and documenting inventory and ensuring par levels are followed. - Documenting and reporting engagement of specif...
