Job Description: Easterseals NH is hiring a Homemaker to join our Homemakers and Health Services team. As part of our dedicated group of in-home caregivers, you’ll have the opportunity each day to bring care, comfort, and a sense of connection to those we serve. Location: Rochester and surrounding areas: Schedule: Full time 30-40 hours a week; Monday-Friday 1st shift Responsibilities: The Homemaker will support in promoting independence, creating a safe home environment, and provide companionship to clients in a 1:1 home setting. Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry Assist with running errands such as grocery shopping Follow each individuals care plan: Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation What’s in it for you?
