Athletics Compliance Coordinator

Job description

Under the direction of the Senior Associate Athletic Director, the Athletics Compliance Coordinator supports the administration of NCAA, conference, and institutional compliance activities. This role assists with the coordination of athletic financial aid processes, rules education, and monitoring activities to help ensure compliance across the athletics program. The position serves as a key resource to coaches, staff, and student-athletes and collaborates with campus partners to support effective and compliant operations. Duties & Responsibilities: Financial Aid & Scholarship Administration (40%) Assist in maintaining and monitoring athletic scholarship budgets for individual teams, ensuring alignment with NCAA regulations and institutional guidelines. Support the preparation and processing of Financial Aid Agreements (FAA) for prospective student-athletes and track documentation for completeness and accuracy. Serve as a point of coordination between Athletics and Student Financial Services to help ensure athletic aid is administered in accordance with applicable rules and policies.
