This opportunity entails being responsible for writing/leading proposal and interview preparation for large/complex pursuits, as well as collaboration with pursuit teams in developing win strategies. What You'll Do: - Coordinates, writes and leads qualification packages, proposals and leave behind material for pursuits. Assists with managing proposal schedules and deadlines, develops proposal outline, and may partner with the pursuit champion to monitor the progress of proposals. - Collaborates with technical staff and writes/reviews/edits original content for clarity, compliance and key messages. - Works with pursuit teams to develop pursuit strategies, including providing business intelligence on clients, competitors and HNTB. - Provides and receives peer feedback on pursuit materials. - Organizes and may facilitate pursuit...
