Description The Neuromuscular Division in the Department of Neurology at the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC) has an opening for a full-time Neuromuscular ALS/electromyographer clinican for a tenure accruing position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor to join a dynamic multidisciplinary team of clinicians and scientists at one of the country’s top-tier clinical, research, and teaching universities. This position offers an opportunity to combine clinical care, multidisciplinary collaboration, and clinical research with a particular focus on ALS and other neuromuscular disorders. The Department of Neurology at the University of Rochester is one of the top-ranked NIH-funded Medical School Departments of Neurology in the country, with over 100 faculty within 15 divisions. The Department has an adult and a pediatric neurology residency program, as well as ACGME-accredited fellowship programs in many subspecialty areas, including three fellows in neuromuscular medicine and two fellows in clinical electrophysiology.
