The Lead Development Manager is a senior role within Hyde’s Investment, Development & Partnerships division, focused on identifying, securing and progressing high-quality land opportunities that drive our development ambitions.You’ll lead projects from site identification through to planning consent across a mix of brownfield and greenfield sites, using strong commercial insight to maximise value while supporting sustainable development and the creation of thriving communities. Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Be Doing Lead the identification, appraisal and acquisition of land opportunities aligned to Hyde’s development strategy Manage the planning process to secure implementable consents and maximise site potential Project manage multiple acquisitions concurrently, ensuring delivery within agreed budgets and timescales Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, agents, landowners and key stakeholders Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and driving delivery Oversee viab...
