Department: 36402 AMC Grafton - Respiratory Therapy Services Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Primary hours M-F 0800-1700 with 24/7 accountability of department. Pay Range: $47.50 - $71.25 Major Responsibilities: - Manages the work of the team(s). Selects, coaches, and develops team(s). Sets clear expectations to inspire and motivate the team. Manages performance by recognizing achievement, providing feedback, and administering progressive discipline when necessary. - May develop and/or recommend operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures within approved budget objectives. - Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards of practice to ensure quality patient care - Ensure adequate and fiscally responsible staffing for optimal patient care in assigned areas. Develop and implement retention strategies, mentor future leaders, and foster an environment of continuous learning. - Oversee Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and benchmarking activities.
